A Boring Day

11th May 2009, Monday. Today, I have nothing much to do. I did not go to any where. Just went out for lunch with my aunt and cousins. We ate Klang's most expensive Wan Tan Mee, one big plate was sold at RM6.50! The size was 'big plate', but the portion was smaller than those that were sold at other stalls. I was watching television and reading my trivial book, DOES ANYTHING EAT WASPS? for the whole day! Quite boring, but i was enjoying. Well, let me share the contents with anyone out there. "Does beheading hurt? And if so, for how long is the severed head aware of its plight?" The answer is yes obviously. It depends on the executioner's skill. Antoine Lavoisier, a French chemist who lived between 1743 and 1794, was caught up in the revolution and face beheading. He asked friends to obeserve closely as he would continue blinking as long as possible after being killed. He was reported to have blinked for 15 seconds after decapitation. However, it was reported that that have no basis in fact. But it was a miracle that after decapitation the eyes could still blink for 15 seconds. It was quite a long period of time.
